I can’t believe it’s 2010 already, only 10 years ago we thought the world was going to end on January 1. Or well, that at least computers would crash due to the new millennium. I guess it couldn’t have been further from the truth, lucky for us. Because if you think about it we rely on computers and technique in most cases. Maybe a little too much. If computers where to crash we couldn’t be online, check our mail, chat to others etc. For most those are minor annoyances but what if we couldn’t do banking, get our money from the ATM machines, check our balance, get our pay check? We wouldn’t be able to buy things we need such as food, rent or mortgages couldn’t get paid, we wouldn’t be able to pay for our gas, water and electric bill etc. Yeah it would have been disaster..

But anyway, I hope that on this first day of 2010 everyone has had a safe and festive new years eve and new years day. Once again Happy New Year
