So Unfair
Why is it that my whole family gets a nice tan when they sit in the sun, and I still look like a milk bottle?! OK, I do have a bit of a tan but compared to them, my middle name might as well be ‘milk’..
Today we had a BBQ at my sister’s house and we all sat in the sun for about the same amount of time, they all got even more tanned than they already are, and I look a bit ‘creamy’ now but that is it. I guess they only option is to find someone paler than me and stand beside them all day to make me feel tanned
.
Now that is off my chest I can finally reveal the answers to the photo challenge I posted yesterday. The first photo is not -unlike everyone thought- bubble wrap, but it’s soap suds photographed with a macro lens. Most of you got it pretty much right on the second photo (I told you that was easier!), it’s indeed water, but I didn’t put it there, it was the rain on my window, and the colours behind it are from the sign of the store across from my apartment.
Thanks to Amanda, Amber and Corinne for trying the guessing game!

Lol, I do my best to not get tan. I spend time outside though, and I don’t darker. I like not having a tan, lol.
Plus, I’m nervous about skin-cancer and stuff, so I’m careful.
I’m soo impatient and would rather go to the tanning booth to get my tan instead. Soo bad I know. =(

Here – where most people have medium-brown skin, everyone wants to become whiter. @_@ Me, I’m happy with my skin color, not too dark and not too white. LOL.
I think there are just some people who don’t tan very well? I think it has to do with melanin pigments. My boyfriend doesn’t really tan much..he mostly just gets all red. ^_^;;
Oh, I’m gonna go look at those pics!! Interesting
