New Phone
Last Monday I decided to buy my mum a little present. She has had some setbacks in her health lately and I figured she needed something to cheer her up a little. Since she was still using a pretty simple cellphone with no bluetooth or anything like that and because she was still dragging her agenda and MP3 player around along with the phone everywhere she went, the choice was pretty easy; A new phone which could be used as all of the above.
At the same time though it shouldn’t be too hard to use, so nothing too fancy either. I looked around on the internet and found the Samsung L600, only to find out at the store that they were sold out. With a little help from the sales clerk I settled for a Samsung E250 instead.
It’s really easy to use, I can tell because mum is already using the bluetooth and sync with computer options by herself
. She is really happy with the phone and pleasantly surprised by getting it from me. Which really is making me happy. I love seeing my family happy.
Here’s a photo of the phone (from Wikipedia) although my mum has a pink one.

That’s sweet of you. The phone looks great. I wonder how long my old thing will last until it falls apart (Nokia)
She’s still very pleased with it, and today I set it up for her so she can access the Internet as well, so she can check her mail while she’s away from home and things like that. It’s not really ’surf worthy’ speed but it’s a start.

And your mom knows how to use the features of her cellphone? My mom can’t even take a picture with her cellphone which she’s had for 3 years!
