No Service
My internet and TV keep acting up during the weekend. For the past three weeks, at least once a weekend the digital TV can’t handle it and looses signal, the analog TV gives bad quality and the internet doesn’t work. It generally lasts for a few hours and it’s pretty annoying when you want to use any of the above…
The cables have been checked by the company and they are all fine (inside the house) so it’s probably just a coincidence that it’s happening after registering for digital TV. I’m sure that 2 out of 3 times it was due to problems with the company as it was mentioned once in the newspaper and the other was slightly admitted by an employee. So I guess it’s safe to say that the third time was some kind of problem with the company too. And I do have an idea why; they are now offering 3 months of free service for TV and a lot of people are – of course – taking that offer, which probably is too much for the company to handle at the moment during weekends and they ‘just’ have to upgrade their software and hardware (so to say).
It’s a bother but I’ll wait a little longer to see if they improve before making any decisions. I guess I just have to update and surf during the weekend inbetween lost connections

I can’t think of anything worse than unreliable internet. I remember whne I played WoW addictivly and my connection would junk out and I’d wipe the raid since I was a priest and always healing the Main Tank… oh those were the days ~_~ Ooops, got lost in the wow days! Anyways, Happy Wednesday!

I hate it when that happens! We had similar issues with the services over here about a year ago. They must have worked it out because one day they just started working again.
Make sure you get onto them and agree to not pay for services you cannot receive for whatever the final reason is!
