Paintjam Dan Dunn

Generally I’m not one for forwards or YouTube videos thrown into blog entries as usually, they are not very spectacular. But today I saw something that truly amazes me. My parents received a forward from a friend with a link to a video from painter Dan Dunn. He paints live on stage in front of an audience, on music. It might sound a bit dull but it’s absolutely awesome, considering that the way he paints isn’t upright…

So I really wanted to share this video with you, I know it’s a bit long (5.30 minutes) but it’s worth it. Turn on your speakers too as the music is part of the show!

There are videos of Dan Dunn on Youtube, or you could check out his website. I hope you enjoyed this (and other movies) as much as I did.

Sounds interesting. Wish I could see it, sadly I have dial up and it’s taking too long to load.

I’m a HUGE fan of youtube so I actually love watching youtube videos on blogs :D If you’re really into art, you should look for that one video where it shows the different “women in art.” It’s a really cool video. I highly recommend it if you haven’t seen it yet ;)

Amazing. I couldn’t tell what it was before he turned the picture around. I love show-off art like this.
