Orchids
What do you do on a cloudy day with high chances of rain? You stay indoors if you can and find the perfect spot and lighting to take photographs of borrowed orchids. Well, that is if you’re anything like me and are still drooling over the new camera you bought last week…
So I went over to my parents’ house and borrowed their orchids. Hung up my fabrics to create a smooth background for the photos. Checked the light and went shutter crazy. I took over a hundred photos, not all of them are great as I’m still getting used to the camera but I’m already getting better at it (or at least I’d like to think so).
I guess that’s enough talk for today, I just wanted to show off one of the photos. It’s not the best shot but it’s the only one I cropped properly already. Once they’re done I’ll try to add them as a series to my photography site. Anyway, here we go;
