What is it that makes me want to watch a movie about bees (called Killer Bees) on TV while I’m Spheksophobic.

I guess it’s just because I know those bees can’t get to me through the TV, unlike the ones from the wasps nest outside near my patio. Luckily someone is going to remove it on Monday for me. Every time I want to sit outside in the evening, this huge wasp comes out and bothers everyone there. We think it’s the Queen trying to build her nest.
It’s not so bad during the day, as she mostly stays in, or we don’t see her anyway, but sitting outside in the evening is a big NO NO at the moment. Which is unfortunate because it’s such great weather outside. But if I’m lucky it’s only for 1 more night and than we’re bee-free, or that’s what they claim.
I guess I’d better go back to watch my movie and consider it counceling to get over my phobia

When I read the comment above that said “Kill the queen!” I thought of Shaun of the Dead XDDD Love that movie…
Anyway, my fav. phobia, and my fav. word of all time, is ” Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia” the fear of long words. Best evar… Sometime I’d like to memorize the spelling XD Dork, yes?
If I wanted to get myself killed I would kill the Queen with a newspaper (or rather, have someone else do it for me) but since I don’t want to commit suicide nor do I want to have anyone else do so, I’ll just wait for the guy who’s specialized in it
Bees ARE scary. An entire movie about them sounds very scary, because movies always exxagerate. Hope you’ll get rid of your queen bee!
Two words: DAMN SCARY! I know Bees produce Honey… so they are useful and all that but I’m having trouble thinking of what Wasps are useful for (other than giving me palpatations every time they come near me, of course).
Today they came in to spray the nest with some sort of powder poison. I was able to sit outside after work today with having to worry about the huge Queen as she didn’t show up today .
