My Best Friend’s Wedding
And I’m not talking about the film. I’m talking actual wedding of my best friend. Yesterday was the big day for her and her now husband.
I was present since the early hours of the day, as she asked me to be her maid of honour. Of course I couldn’t say no, it’s a real honour to be the official witness of her wedding. I have to admit I already seen her in her dress when she went to try it on for the last fitting, but seeing the complete picture with the make-up and her hair done, she looked absolutely amazing.
Her husband looked very fancy too in his suit. It really was a picture perfect combination. The day itself was awesome, the both beamed with joy all day long and the party they gave was a lot of fun.
I wish both of them all the luck in the world, that their lives may be filled with joy and love for each other. And I would also like to thank them for having me as a day guest yesterday, it really was an honour being there and sharing this special day with you!

I hate to disappoint you but I wasn’t wearing a dress, it isn’t that official here, that they put the girls in dresses (other than the bride) my role was helping the bride with things and her dress as well as being the legal witness but no dress for me!

Awww that is so cute! I love weddings… they make me happy and giddy. It makes me excited for when my best friend gets married… I think I’ll cry when I see her in a big white dress with her veil and all. Congratulations to the bride and groom!
