Old Friends

Me and my BFF from when I was a teenager lost touch about 9 years ago. Of course driving past her parents house would occasionally make me wonder how she’s doing and where she is now. But I never really figured out a way to find out.

Until I received a message on Hyves, which is something similar to Myspace, from her. It was really good to hear from her again and we’re meeting up on Saturday to catch up on those 9 years.

It will be so much fun to share our stories from the past years. We already spoke on a messenger today but we decided to keep the juiciest stories for Saturday.

Who would you like to meet again and why?

I don’t think I’m yet old enough to desperately want to meet one of my friends from childhood (although I am arguably still in that stage of my life!) because not enough time has elapsed for me to have that rose-tinted view and nostalgia.

Awww.. I hope you had a great time when you saw her again!
I haven’t exactly lost touch with her because we still email once in awhile but I would LOVE to see my best friend from elementary school. I haven’t seen her in more than 5 years!
