OK, so maybe I’m not that innocent, and my colleagues are catching on as now they are introducing me to new coworkers as ‘not as innocent as she looks, don’t let that fool you‘ .

But that’s not the reason why I named this post innocent, really, I don’t have to emphasize how sweet and angelic I am, everyone already knows that, right?! No the reason for this post is a new smoothie drink called Innocent that I discovered this weekend. It’s a delicious drink made out of 100% fruit and fruit juice and doesn’t contain any E-numbers or preservatives. Not only that but the bottle is made of recycled plastic, the labels are made from 25% recycled paper and 75% paper from forests that have been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. You can find more about their packaging and recycling ideas on their website.

They do a lot more at the ‘Fruit Towers’ than just making smoothies; they plant new trees and donate money to the innocent foundation amongst other things. So be sure to check out your local grocery store to find Innocent and check out their website (you can join the innocent family there too!), it might grow you some wings, like me….

Wow! It’s probably not available here but I’ll definitely look for Innocent. We have something similar to that here — the drinks are called Naked Juice. I don’t know if the containers are recycled though.
