Ornamental Mayhem
It’s the season of little lights and Christmas trees again, but I’m not sure if I did the right thing by putting up my Christmas tree this year. Sam seems to enjoy it a little too much.
He’s doing alright when I’m around or when I’m away for a little while to have coffee at my parents’ house or something similar but during the night when all the lights are off he just has to kill the tree. It started with two ornaments ‘falling’ from the tree but this has already gone up to about 15 so far. Not to mention the two ornaments he completely destroyed into little pieces.
Apparently Sam is not the only one with these feelings for Christmas trees, Hex seems to feel the same way.
Luckily most ornaments seem to bounce back instead of break but I really hope that tree makes it to Christmas…

Oh, it happens… My little cousin one day decided it would be fun to strip off the ornaments from the bottom half of our tree. =/ And he also thought it would be fun to throw them in the kitchen.
It wasn’t fun having to clean up afterwards!

Haha. My cats used to do the same thing, so we just stopped putting ornaments on the bottom third of the tree and they gave up trying to get them. It kindof makes the tree look funny though.
