Male Company
Today was eventful. I wanted to return visits today but I only got a few of them done. The reason for this? Well, I helped a guy move into my apartment today.
His name is Cas (pronounced as cast without the t) and he’s a pretty calm guy, originally from Australia. I think you could say he’s pretty similar to me; not too loud but you know he’s there. He can carry a bit of a tune too which is nice, as I love music. Even though he’s only lived here for less then 24 hours I can already tell he’s rather messy though. Much more than I am. So I think I’ll be cleaning up after him a lot. But on the other hand he’s not lazy, he’s pretty active which is a quality I like.
We had to go around places to pick up stuff and buy some things he needed. We missed a few things so that’s something that needs to be done tomorrow. Not that that’s a problem though, I have to do some more shopping anyway so I can pick it up then.
As I’m writing this I’m watching him eat; and he makes noise while eating. I don’t think he can help it though, it’s actually kind of cute. However he’s probably wondering why I’m looking at him like that. Ooh well, he’ll get used to my odd looks eventually, just like I will get used to his eating habits, which might I add, include dropping his food on the floor…
I just hope he doesn’t make a lot of noise at night, I really need my rest. Which, I guess, is something I’ll find out soon enough, I’m about to go to bed. I’ll let you know about his nighttime habits tomorrow!
Ooh and for what it’s worth; Cas is a Zebra Finch.

ROFL. Okay, you totally had me going. I read the first line about helping a guy move into your apartment and my first reaction was…”is he cute?”
