Pedestal: Mediamarkt
Maybe this will be a returning thing but for now I just want to show my appreciation of this store’s returning policy. On the pedestal right now; Mediamarkt.
I had to return my USB wireless adapter because it broke after three weeks of using it. Quiet honestly I expected a big hassle to get it returned / fixed / replaced. The reason for this; my experience with certain store employees and the problem with the KPN store a week ago. But much to my surprise, they took it back without asking any questions. I told them it stopped working, all they did was check the box to see if everything was in there and give me a receipt to either get a discount on another purchase or get a voucher for the discount to use next time I needed anything.
The adapter is now replaced thanks to the wonderful policy of Mediamarkt. I’m really happy to see they didn’t ask any questions about it and just replaced it.

Hah, I’ve had bad experiences with certain store employees too.. I’m glad they took your USB wireless adapter back without asking any questions. 
It’s really annoying when they make a big deal out of stuff like that..

You know, that never happens to me! I nearly always have to just keep the broken item. They always manage to come up with some excuse or other, and its really annoying. Like when my USB storage device didn’t work on my home computer; I couldn’t return it because the packaging had been opened! How annoying. What was even worse, is that it didn’t state that on the receipt or the packaging.
