Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce to you The Royal Throne;

My Toilet

When I moved in four months ago, the tiles on the walls were a color that could be a mix between orange, red and brown. The floor was white with a bit of light blue and the rest of the walls and the ceiling were in desperate need of a paint job.

With a bit of help from my dad I tiled the walls. Truth be told my dad did most of the work here; he put the tiling on the floor, placed the new toilet and painted the walls and the ceiling. So most credit should go to him.
I’m very proud it’s finished now though, I think it looks so nice with the white and black. I just had to share it with everyone. The next job to finish is the bathroom, which will also be black and white.
Just a little sidenote, I had to combine two photos to get all of the toilet in so that’s why it might look a bit off and that’s also the reason why the toiletpaper roll is so high up the wall. IRL it’s really on a normal height.
In other news; I finished another book for my book challenge, and picked the next book I’m going to read. Weaving Shadows by Margaret Murphy.

You couldn’t have fit it in just tilting the camera sideways? Hmm. Either way, it looks like a very clean bathroom. The one I share with my brother at home is a mess. The one at school gets cleaned weekly thank god, 35 guys sharing one bathroom makes for a mess sometimes.

I tiled my bathroom with my dad too. Some of the tiles are a little wonky, but we blamed the walls for not being straight (honestly they weren’t :) )
