Thank you Raven
First of all I’d like to thank Raven for the fansign she gave me. She emailed me last week and I only saw her email last friday coz I’ve been away all week but I didn’t notice the fansign she made me that she attached to it untill today. Shame on me, but I love it to pieces so thanks a whole lot Raven! You made my day
So now that’s off my chest I can continue to tell you about my week, it was busy as I said before but also alot of fun. The kids were great although they were trying me out at times. On Sunday we watched a video but they were eager to go to bed and do stupid stuff so we let them do that instead. They had to get up at 8 AM on Monday to go and have breakfast, get the horses outside in the paddock, do a grooming competition and have an hour class. We took them into the woods without the horses afterwards to play games. At night we had what we call a dropping. They dropped us off right outside Knegsel which would be about 45 minutes walk back to ridingschool, we noticed that the kids weren’t really tired yet though so with 30 more minutes to go we decided to walk all the way over a town called Oerle, it took us 4 hours to return home. Lol they were tired though so I suppose the plan worked. We left at 9.30 PM and arrived home at 2 AM.
On Tuesday it was 8 AM again, time to get up, have breakfast and go to the shopping “”center”" it’s a small street with some shops, we spend about an hour there and had to entertain the kids all afternoon coz they couldn’t ride as Monic and Wilco had to ride the young horses. They got to ride at night though and we did a fashion show with them at night. We had such a laugh, they had made their clothes earlier that day out of plastic garbage bags etc. To top it all off they made Remy and me do a little dance on some kids music hehe. Wednesday was the day of the lipsinking contest, we also went swimming they all had a blast and the dances they did with the contest were amazing. On Thursday it rained so we couldn’t do an outdoor campfire but instead we made them tell stories while sitting around the fireplace which was fun too!!! Gave them all some marshmellows which I think they enjoyed 
. Friday’s was reserved for packing, ofcourse they were riding every day for like 2 hours or more with the exeption of Tuesday but they all had a really great time at camp. Some even asked for my MSN name etc and wanted to know if I would be doing a camp next year again. They’d like to have me as their councelor again. That’s so sweet. I had a blast too only I’m really tired. I’ve slept all weekend lol but I’m still feeling it. I suppose I’m getting old hehe.
Tomorrow college starts again, I’m curious on what we are going to do as an introduction. Better be good or I’m outta there. I’m not going to spend 6 hours crossing the street and having a drink and a cooky. Neither is Tessa. Me, her and Noëlla are meeting up tomorrow morning at around 9.15 AM at the campus bookstore to buy our 7 books. Yep it’s not alot it’s all we need. I can’t wait to see everyone again!!!! Here’s a photo by the way of the college building I’m in, my campus has 5 buildings in total.
I suppose this was a longer blog then yesterday, I’ve caught up with returning visits to sites so here are the pluggies for the last blog they commented on [no comments on my last blog, but there were some on the blog before I left to camp so here we go] Jenni, Jen, Diana, Mabel, Bex and Laarni. Thanks to Shirley for signing my guestbook. I’ve updated the Daily Doubles completely as well, and added 2 photos to the who’s who section. I’m gonna add more during the week so keep your eyes open for photos of my beloved friends. That’s it for now dropsticks, I’m gonna get ready for bed coz it’s early day tomorrow x
